很久以前，人类团结一致，骄傲自大，逃避自知，憎恨无知。人类为了与上帝争夺权威，建造了一座通天塔。上帝的回应是混淆人类的语言，使他们无法再相互理解，也无法团结合作。我们吸取教训了吗？现在的我们能否在说着不同语言的同时保持谦逊，接受我们对自然的依赖，接受我们并非无所不知？

A long time ago the human race was united in being prideful, avoiding self-knowledge, and hating not knowing. Humans competed with the Lord God for authority by building a great tower with its top in the heavens. The Lord responded by confusing humans’ language so that they could no longer understand each other nor work together cohesively. Have we learned? Can we now even while speaking different languages, be humble to create structures that accept our dependency on nature and our not being omniscient?
